Last Sunday we had our July intake of new members with a nice small group in our July Foundation classes. The individual classes were around 3 and 4 dogs per class. It was a beautiful winter morning, cool and clear with no wind. Ideal for the dogs to be out training. Other classes also went really well with 4 dogs being promoted, 3 from class 1 to 2 and with one clever pooch promoted to class 3.
The July Fun Day has been confirmed for Sunday July 20th. We will not have our usual classes that day but instead will offer a taste of a variety of other dog activities such as Tunnels, Agility and Flyball. We will also have a sausage sizzle to help keep members fed and warm. Our wonderful sponsors 4Legs are once again donating packets of their dog food for our members' dogs to enjoy. 4Legs can be found in the refrigerated dog food section of the major supermarkets. If you run out of food treats during class we can assist with replenishing your supplies if you come up to the kiosk, thanks to 4 Legs. Once again a huge thank you to 4Legs for their generosity.
