Exciting news from T'Keilor Flyball. On September 14th our fastest Flyball team (Gold) broke the Victorian Record with a run of 16.217 seconds. That is for 4 dogs to take turns running down over 4 jumps, grabbing their ball and running back over the jumps to their handlers. The team consisted of Chloe and River, an Australian Kelpie; Brad and Jessie, a Border Collie (actually Drew's dog but Drew was busy with parental duties with one of his sons when the record was broken); Rhiannon and Bella, a Border Collie Cross and Jessie's daughter; and Bree and Lottie, her little Border Collie Cross and Bella's sister. Bella and Lottie are just over 2 years old and still improving their times so we look forward to some great results in the future. Pictured is Bree who is also well known to members because she is one of our wonderful trainers, and Lottie the Border Collie Cross

If anyone is interested in joining Flyball Training it is held on Sundays commencing at 12 noon after classes and Wednesday evening as long as the weather is reasonable. If you are interested you are very welcome to stay back after class on a Sunday and have a chat with Drew or one of the Flyballers about joining in the training.
